Holliswood is partnering with TWA Architects to reposition the property into an upscale mixed-use asset with 10 residential units and 2 retail units.

Benefiting from the young professional and student demographics in the Lower East Side, 337 East 9th St is projected to maximize property performance. This 9-unit building has undergone unit renovations, and the addition of an outdoor common area.
63 West 130th Street
This project is located on 130th Street between 5th and Lenox-Avenues. Holliswood purchased this 20’ foot wide abandoned shell in 2015 with plans to complete the development as a multifamily building, however pivoted upon deeming the site perfect for co-living. After a comprehensive evaluation, Holliswood contracted with Common to lease the project upon completion. In 2017, after navigating a complex approvals process and obtaining a Certificate of No Harassment, Holliswood was able to begin construction. The project consists of 2 co-living apartments with 21 bedrooms in total. The project was completed and Common took occupancy in 2019.
313 South 4th Street
Acquired in November 2023 and located on South 4th between Rodney St and Keap St in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, the building currently consists of 10 residential units. Holliswood Development/Edifice Partners has completed this substantial rehabilitation and has opened leasing as of January 2025.

This competitive portfolio with assumable debt was acquired from the Kushner family in September 2024.
