Dana Lowey Luttway is a seasoned real estate professional who began her career in 1984 as a broker for Klara Madlin Real Estate specializing in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. After decades of buying, renovating, and “flipping” numerous properties, Lowey Luttway launched Holliswood Development, LLC, which focuses on converting, renovating, renting and selling buildings in New York City. Holliswood has a multi-pronged approach that includes both ground up and adaptive reuse of assets in established and emerging markets.
