Ivy Li, Office Manager & Real Estate Development Assistant

Ivy is a former Associate in Kantar's Brand Strategy Consulting group, where she specialized in developing commercial and organizational transformation strategies rooted in consumer insights. She's worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies in both CPG and Tech spaces to help them solve ambiguous business problems, drive growth, and elevate their brands with unique and creative strategies. 

Prior to joining Kantar, Ivy obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Though she has worked in consulting since graduating, her true passion has always been rooted in art, design, and people. She is looking forward to building upon her creative experiences by blending her strategic thinking and analytical skills with her love for aesthetics during her time as a Development Assistant at Holliswood. 

Outside of work, Ivy enjoys painting, doing yoga, dancing, reading and travelling. Her favorite books are "The Symposium" by Plato, "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, and "Kaftka On The Shore" by Haruki Murakami.
