Larking Fowler, Chief Financial Officer

Larkin Fowler recently joined the Edifice Management team and brings over 25+ years of financial management and investment banking experience to our team. He graduated in 1991
with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University, Magna Cum Lauda, and received an M.B.A. with Highest Distinction from the University of
Michigan Business School in 1996. Mr. Fowler passed the CPA exam in the state of Georgia in 1993.

During his career as a Wall Street investment banker working for UBS PaineWebber, J.P. Morgan and Jefferies & Co., Mr. Fowler completed over 70 M&A and financing transactions valued in excess of $100 billion. In 2007, Mr. Fowler began his career transition out of investment banking and went to work in strategic planning and business development for Pali Capital. In 2010, Mr. Fowler and two former clients in the entertainment industry, led an “out-of-court”
recapitalization of Porchlight Entertainment, a children’s family and entertainment production company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. At Porchlight, Mr. Fowler was Senior VP of finance and was responsible for all aspects of Porchlight’s financial operations. In 2013, Mr. Fowler joined Premier Exhibitions working in the office of the CEO where his duties included investor relations, strategic planning and business development.

Most recently Mr. Fowler was a senior financial executive with 92 Elements, a family-owned investment company with investments in real estate, contract manufacturing and consumer branded businesses. At 92 Elements, Mr. Fowler led the sale on Farmacy Beauty LLC to Proctor & Gamble as well as serving as interim CFO.
